Have questions related to services, NDIS or support workers? Access the FAQs and relax while we address all your apprehensions.
The NDIS is the National Disability Insurance Scheme, designed to reform the way disability services are funded and delivered.
The NDIS provides people with a permanent and significant disability (0 – 65 years) access to supports to help them take part in everyday activities and to achieve their individual goals and aspirations.
if you are eligible for the NDIS, you receive funding on an annual basis to purchase the services, aids and equipment that you have been assessed as needing from the service provider of your choice such as Good Health Disability. You can either choose to self-manage your own funds provided by the NDIS or let NDIA manage your funding and expenses for you. As individual circumstances, or needs changes, NDIS participants can apply to have their funding plan adjusted accordingly.
Good Health Disability provides a range of support services to individuals living with a disability throughout each stage in life.

Our intake process is quick. Once we understand your needs and you know about our amazing services, we as a team devise a plan to help you or your loved ones with care provided by our trained professionals.
We have a detailed discussion with the client or their support coordinator regarding their requirements and preferences. This is the part of our intake process. Based on the understanding, we match a suitable support worker to our clients.
Management of your funds is called ‘Plan Management’. Your options for Plan Management are:
•Manage your funding yourself – the NDIS will provide you with the funding to pay directly to the people and organisations that support you. This is called self-managed.
•You can nominate a trusted person to manage your funding, called a ‘plan nominee’
•Use a registered Plan Management provider
•Ask the NDIA to manage your funding for you, which is called agency managed.
We would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land and pay our respects to the Elders both past, present and future for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hope of their people.
